Superman Action Figure
Now, there’s no denying that many franchises have garnered the same degree of popularity as Pokémon – or more, even. Well, if we were to name a couple of just-as-famous icons, it’s safe to say many of us will mention superheroes.
Besides the comic books, films, games, and shows revolving around these characters, many superheroes have also spawned their very own line of action figures. Such is undoubtedly the case with DC’s Man of Steel, Superman. The earliest action figure of Superman was made in 1940. It was a 13-inch tall figure mostly made of wood. Back then, it was sold for only 94 cents. Since then, it has become one of the most sought-after toys for collectors around the world, and its worth has reportedly increased to as high as $20,000. Suffice to say, that’s more expensive than the newer Superman toys on the market.
